Originally from Austria, I grew up bilingual, hence, languages, words, stories and cultures always fascinated me. I became an avid observer of people, nature and the universe.
Throughout my life, I moved a lot and lived in the US, Italy, Ireland and France for many years. The UK became my home in 2001.

My early career started in journalism and editing, but my artistic inclinations led me to study Fine Arts & Design in Vienna. In my mid-20s, life took an unexpected turn towards a corporate career path in marketing and communications.
In my 40s, after a rather tragic accident, I had to put a stop to a lot of things, including a full-time corporate career and spent the next 4 years healing my body and mind. This time also brought out a host of unhealed wounds. I say this without drama or regret; these were the darkest, yet also most transformative years of my life.
Since I could neither sit nor walk well for any length of time, I also struggled existentially, as there was no family or partner to support me. I had to rethink and rebuild my life from scratch. Through it all, I gained deep insight and inner peace by transforming not only my physical but also my mental pain.
Over the past 15 years, my interests and studies expanded a lot to include neuroscience, brain nutrition, somatic therapies, quantum physics (yes!) and more holistic and ancient healing practices.

My mission is to help others become more self-empowered. Wellbeing starts by well-doing!
